Traditional Weekly Therapy
You choose a therapist and meet for an hour each week. This format is typically to support an individual or couple. Traditional therapy is not recommended for marriages in crisis.
Private Marriage Intensive
A powerful format that allows for rapid growth and change in your marriage. 2-hour intakes followed by 2 to 6
Group Marriage Intensive
These 1-to-3 day, off-site intensives promote powerful character and marriage growth. Removed from all distractions, you are able to focus on your marriage. Call for the next group intensive dates.
The intensive couple sessions are based on the research of Dr. Susan Johnson and her proven model called Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). It is the most researched and most successful marital therapy model to date. The model shows a success rate of 85% with 75% reporting a total improvement in their marriage and 90% reporting significant improvement.

Carolyn Sidereas is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her B.A. at University of Texas, and her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Texas A & M. She has a passion for helping people heal and thrive in life and relationships.
Associate Director: M.A., L.P.C.-S.
Brent Theis is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He received a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. Brent has been married since 1991 and has one grown daughter. He is committed to helping adults and marriages grow and thrive addressing any issue that hinders the process.

David Foster is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Clinical Fellow with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. He holds graduate degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary, Wheaton College, and Columbia International University.
John Casey Christian
John Casey Christian is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He received his Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1997.
Tammy Williams Smith
Tammy Smith is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received a B.A.S. in Ministry and Psychology from Dallas Baptist University and a M.A. in Counseling from Amberton University. Tammy sees adults and adolescents.
Malia Nompone is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and holds a Texas Certification in Special Education. She sees children, adolescents, women, and couples.
Nancy Bourland is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Counseling and a M.S. in Counseling from Texas A&M University-Commerce. She sees children and adolescents ages 5-18.
Steven Johnson is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He received his BA in Psychology, A Masters in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Masters in Biblical Counseling from Colorado Christian Counseling.
Andrea Crumrine is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received a B.A, in Psychology from Texas A&M University and a M.A. in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. Her areas of practice include working with children, female adolescents, women and couples.
Kimberly West is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a certified Texas Professional School Counselor, She received her B.S. from Dallas Baptist University and a Master’s Degree in counseling from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Kimberly sees adults, adolescents and families.
Lourie Ferrell received her B.A. in elementary education from Middle Tennessee State University and M.S. in counseling from Texas A&M University-Commerce. She has a passion for personal growth and development. Training includes, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).

Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern. She earned her Bachelor of Journalism at the University of Texas, a Master of Christian Education at Dallas Theological Seminary and a Master of Counseling at Southern Methodist University. She is passionate about serving women during life transitions. Areas of expertise: Eating disorders, substance abuse, and codependence.
