Carolyn Sidereas, M.S., L.P.C., L.P.C.-S. Director
Carolyn Sidereas is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her B. A. at
University of Texas, and her Masters Degree in Counseling from Texas A&M University-Commerce
and also holds a Texas Certification in both School Counseling and Special Education
Counseling. She sees individuals, couples, and families. Areas of specialization
include premarital and marital counseling, depression, adjustment disorder, anxiety,
adolescents, individual issues, sexual abuse, family of origin, and personal growth.
Casey Christian, L.C.S.W., Associate Director
Casey Christian is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He received his Masters of
Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1997. His areas
of practice include working with families, adolescents, individuals, and couples.
Areas of specialization include working with marital and premarital counseling,
adolescents and families, addiction issues, depression, grief, anxiety and personal
growth.
Brent Theis, M.A., L.P.C.
Brent Theis is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. He received
a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amberton University, and he also
holds a Texas Certification in School Counseling and Special Education. Areas of
specialization include marriage and family therapy, adolescents, individual issues
and personal growth.
Charlie de la Rosa, M.A., L.P.C.
Charlie de la Rosa is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He received a B.A. in Psychology
and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas.
He sees individuals, couples, and families. His areas of interest include marital
therapy, men?s issues, parent-teen relationships, depression, anxiety, adjustment
disorders, and addiction. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
Evan Buja, M.A., L.P.C.
Evan Buja is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received his B.S. in Psychology
at Texas Christian University and his Masters in Biblical Counseling at Dallas Theological
Seminary. He works with adolescents, individuals and couples specializing in marital
counselilng, addictions including sexual and substance abuse as well as codependency,
anxiety disorders, depresion and divorce recovery.
Elizabeth Davis, M.A., L.P.C.
Elizabeth Davis is a Licensed Profession Counselor. She holds a M.A. in Professional Counseling
from Amberton University. She sees individuals, families, couples and adolescents. Specializations
include psychological testing, addictions, anxiety, body image and dysmorphia, depression,
eating disorders, OCD, panic disorder, PTSD, relationships and stress reduction.
Tammy Williams Smith, M.A., L.P.C.-Intern- Supervisor Carolyn Sidereas, L.P.C.-S.
Tammy Smith is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Intern who received a B.A.S. in Ministry and
Psychology from Dallas Baptist University and a M.A. in Counseling from Amberton University.
She sees clients for depression, life transitions, relationships and women’s issues.
Her area of specialization include eating disorders, addictions and their family members.
Tammy sees adults and adolescents.
Nancy Bourland, M.S., L.P.C.-Intern-Supervisor Jennifer Taylor, L.P.C.-S.
Nancy Bourland is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Intern. She received a B.S.
in Psychology with a minor in Counseling and a M.S. in Counseling from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
She sees children and adolescents ages 5-18, utilizing play therapy techniques and feelings expression techniques. She also sees adult clients.
